Payment Information (Facilitated through Razorpay):

• Name, Email, Phone number (collected by Razorpay for payment authentication and communication when you make a purchase)
• Transaction amount and payment method details (processed by Razorpay)

User-Generated Content (Potentially Containing PII):

• Voice recordings collected via the microphone (used for voice mode chat with AI and for speaking exam evaluation purposes)
• User-generated content from exam answers (e.g., listening, writing, and reading exam answers)
• Messages and user input provided to the AI chat feature (shared with OpenAI for AI chat interactions)

b. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)

We may also collect information that does not directly identify you, such as:

• Device ID and IP address (collected by Razorpay for fraud detection, security, and analytics related to payments)

c. Device Permissions

To provide certain functionalities, our App requests the following permission:

• Microphone Access: Used for interacting with the voice AI feature and for recording audio for speaking exams.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our App
• To personalize your user experience
• To create and manage your account
• To process your transactions for premium features (via Razorpay)

5. Data Security

All data transmitted between the app and our backend services (including Firebase, Razorpay, and OpenAI APIs) is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS 1.2+), ensuring it is secure during transmission.

At Rest:

Data stored with Firebase (such as in Firebase Firestore, Storage, or Authentication) is securely encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and is protected under Google Cloud’s security infrastructure.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. User Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal information. Subject to local law, these may include the right to:

• Access Your Personal Information: You can access most of your basic information directly in the app via your profile page. You can request access to other personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
• Correct or Update Your Personal Information: You can update some of your personal information (like username and profile picture) directly from your profile page within the App. For corrections to other data that cannot be changed via the profile page, please contact us via our website or by emailing z1.playconsole@gmail.com.
• Delete Your Personal Information: As detailed in Section 4 (Data Retention and Deletion).
• Opt-out of Communications: We only send essential service-related communications. You may not opt out of these as they are necessary for your use of the App.
• Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent for microphone access at any time by changing the permissions in your device settings. If you withdraw consent for specific data processing necessary for a feature, that feature may no longer be available.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for a general audience and is specifically targeted towards users above the age of 13, especially students and parents. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
